    Hi;

    in this jotform I have an upload field. when any user submit my form with a pdf file then it shows in my submission. It is good but each and every time when I click on the link of the uploaded file (Name.pdf) then it downloaded. but I do not want to download this file I want to get just a preview of the pdf file (I want to only read the pdf file online). please help me to solve this problem.

    Is it possible to achieve my requirement by modifying the URL of the uploaded file http://www.jotform.com/uploads/test3/43351310017439/293740708969369170/Name.pdf

    Thanks in advance. Have a Good day :)

    Hi,

    Unfortunately there is not an option to preview the file online at this moment, only to download it. I would like to mention here, that if you would to preview the file, your browser would still need to download it to your computer in order to show it and quite often it would leave the file later on in some temporary folder even after closing it - this is a way browsers work.

    Now, having that said, I would still raise this to our developers as a possible feature, to offer a choice if the file would to be downloaded or previewed online.

    I would also like to suggest having the jotform integrated with DropBox and Google Drive, where the files would be immediately sent to those services and you could preview the file (for example in Google Drive) using its built in viewer.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
