Why are my customers unable to use the Jotform to order from me?

    Hi there. I've had multiple problems with orders for the Writer's Kit. One user got multiple error messages and then her payment finally went through. I got an email this morning from a user who got the message "invalid merchant configuration." I noticed on the My Forms page there is not red box next to the star with number of entries for The Writer's Kit. I also just now removed Paypal Pro and replaced it with Paypal, initially because it was my first time using it and wondered if it might be part of the problem. PLEASE HELP! It is very frustrating that people aren't able to order from us. Thank you very much for your help.
