Cancel subscription error

Hello,

I'd like to cancel my subscription, for cancelling my account I followed these steps:

To cancel your account, kindly follow this steps:

1. Go to Account page.

2. Then, choose Billing tab from the left side menu. And finally to cancel your subscription switch to the STARTER plan.

However when I tried to do this I got the following error:

Error cancelling your subscription.
Please get in contact with our support team.Sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you help me out and unsubscribe me?
