All texts in notification email are coming into one line, no line break when using Text Format

    At some point between Dec 4 and Dec 6, my form submissions started coming through to me in a single line, rather than as formatted text. The line breaks have all vanished. And my email client is telling me there are unloaded images along with the text. This is messing up all the autoresponse forms as well as the notification email. They are almost unreadable.

    I have changed nothing with my email client or on my jotform forms page to make any changes.

    I found that by going to each form, editing the response email, telling it to "Switch to HTML mode" and saving the form, the responses come through fine again.

    Am I going to have to go through all 44 of my active forms one by one to get them back to the proper text formatting by manually switching to HTML mode, or is there a fix in the works?

    Upon checking your account, I do get the same problem. I've escalated this to our developers and technical team immediately, we will receive a notification from them when an update has been made through this thread.

    I've been gradually going through my forms to change the notification and autoresponse emails to html. When can I safely shift them back to text formatting?

    This thread is already forwarded to our developers. We will let you know via this thread when the issue is fixed and so you can use the text formatting again.
