Email notification format change

    My paramore form was set up so each field was contained on its' own line in the submission email.

    The most recent submission yielded a run-on result (no line breaks). I don't recall making any changes to this form recently, so please advise.

    I inspected the email notification and it seems that it was switched to text mode:

    Did you recently edited the email notification? This might have been an accidental change. The best way to fix it is to create a new email notification. You can see here more details.
