    I need to cancel my subscription and did not notice any user friendly option available to do so.

    Hello sroden,

    Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

    1. Sign in to your JotForm account.

    2. Click on the person icon on the top right corner of your screen.

    3. Click on "Account" link which will take you to accounts page with several tabs.

    4. Click on the "Billing" tab

    5. Click on the "Starter" plan which will open a modal window and you need to confirm the cancellation. Please check the screenshot below:
