After setting up my first opt-in form, I believe that a learned that you do not support, prescheduled Autoresponder mailing. Is that correct or did I just miss that feature?

    Thank you for your clarification,

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we don't have that feature or function in our Form builder. Our email notifications and autoresponder are sent and receive almost instant or immediate after the submission has been done.

You can, however, inject a javascript code and add it to the form's full source to make delays in processing submission (but this is not advisable).

Another thing that you can use if Cron jobs/Cron tabs, these are software utility in web hosting sites that lets you schedule PHP scripts to run.

I hope this helps or at least gives you an idea on how to proceed. If you need more information about this, feel free to contact us anytime.

    Thank you.

    Hi JotForm,

Thanks for the clarification, however it occurs to me that it might be possible for us to work an amalgamation with Amazon’s SES mailing program through you’re API.

Frankly, it seems you might get a whole lot more customers by offering such a deal, particulary because the cost per thousand is so low.

Who at JotForm do I need to talk to about such a set up?

    Looking forward to a reply,

    Sincerely,

    Hi Hale,

I would suggest sending an email with as much details as possible about what you would like to achieve and what your thoughts are to our support email at support@jotform.com.

We will then transfer your email to the appropriate people in the company.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
