The signature widget is not working properly

Jotform Forms and Jotform E-Sign are 2 great services which satisfy different customer requirements. Unfortunately the smooth signature widget available in Jotform Forms which used to do what it's name suggests i.e smooth the user's signature is no longer smoothing the way it should and is doing the same job as the basic signature widget for Jotfrom Forms. I asked the question regarding why this has happened but haven't gotten a straight answer. It is suspicious that this happened just a few weeks before the launch of the new Jotform E-Sign service which obviuosly is boasting a beautiful smooth signature as part of its features but is a separate service and is billed on a per signed contract basis. My message to Jotform is that this move is not customer friendly at all and also it doesn't make any sense. The E-Sign service looks very promising and has a unique applicability but it doesn't replace the Form service. For all those customers who don't have the full text of the contract to be signed already available and instead need to collect info using Forms with a signature when submitted E-Sign is not the answer! By removing the smoothing from the smooth signature widget in Forms you are only forcing those customers to look elsewhere to find another form service with proper smooth signature available in the form and not only in the signed contracts type of service. Please Jotform don't make this mistake and please restore the smoothing of the smooth signature widget in Jotform Forms! Thank you!

    Hello Matthew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. Could you please provide us with a bit more information on this issue? How exactly the signature widget is not working? Is there are any errors or this is happening in some specific browsers? The widget seems to be fine when I am checking it on my end. Could you please provide us the form ID or URL, so that, we can check the issue you have mentioned and assist you accordingly?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help

Hello Isreal and thanks for replying to my comment.

To better understand what I am talking about you can read the previous question I had written which you can find at this address:

As your colleague Marco confirmed in his reply to my question: "Unfortunately, as you mentioned, the Smooth Signature widget is no longer what it used to be until a few weeks back. I'm not sure if its smoothing capabilities were tied to some third party service or what other reason could lie behind this decision, but at the moment the widget is basically working as the regular Signature field."

This is the issue that I have encountered. Please read my previous request at thoroughly and let me know if you have any additional questions which I will be happy to answer.

    Waiting for your reply

    Thank you
