Dropdown widget not working properly.

My form: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/43408517754964.  I wanted users to be able to add physicians they deal with when they needed to.  That works.  The problem is... one choice that I put in, "Other" is not triggering events I placed in conditions.  Please help.

I think hiding the this field by using a condition radio button should work. If the user has selected Other option accidentally, the form needs to be refreshed to change the option and the input fields already entered also needs to be entered again. Enabling auto-fill feature might help in entering the fields again.
