We have a nonprofit paypal account-will using Jotform for check out keep up from getting our lower nonprofit paypal fee rate?

Umm that doesn't answer my question at all. I want to know what fee will be taking out of our class registrations we are doing through Jotform. We have a non profit paypal account so our Paypal fee rate is only 2.2% +0.30. Will using jot form for our registrations increase that fee? And what about the CC option, what is that fee?
