Form does not meet the required validation.

I hit the submit button without filling out anything and the form submits.

I wanted it to have required fields, which if were missing the form wouldn't submit.

I see the standalone version of your form meets the required validation:

However, when embedded in your website the required fields are bypassed, this must be due conflicts with the jquery libraries in your site, in this case I would recommend you to use the iFrame embedded method to embed your form in your site.
