Unable to submit form.

    Hello.  We are having several issues.

     

    When you click submit, not everyone is receiving the Thank You email.  I tested it myself just now, and it just stays on the registration page with no response.  I also the test submission I just made is not reflecting in the list of submissions received.

    The form itself has been a challenge.  When we go in to edit, you don't see the fields initially.  You have to check on the field itself.  And for when you click thank you alerts, it keeping working, but it takes several times before the thank you options box comes up.

     

    Please assist asap!  Our concern is we have missed several imporatant submissions.

    Hello tdfbradshaw,

    I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to submit your form without any issue. Please check the screenshot below:

    Have you embedded your form in your web page where you are having this issue? Please share the web page URL and we will take a look. You may also like to embed your form using its iFrame embed code to prevent any conflict issue.     The site is friendshipwest.org/gamechanger under "Register Now". THe form can be reached one of two ways:

    -Go straight to step 2 and click on "Retreat Registration".

    -Click on "Spiritual Gifts Assessment"

         -Complete the Gifts form

         -Click the url for the Registration located on the Gifts form's Thank You page

         -Complete the Registration form and submit

     

    Also, we need to make sure that we are set up to accept the 10000 submissions.  I noticed this problem seemed to occur when we were at 99 submissions.

    Hello tdfbradshaw,

    I did check your web page and it seems you are using your form's direct URL. I am unable to replicate the issue. I was able to submit both the forms you have in your web page without any problem. Please check the screenshot below for both the forms:

    Yes your account is already upgraded to economy monthly subscription and it currently in good shape.
