Check out the form at: http://www.creativelearningpartnerships.org/Artsmark_booking.html
Lots of feedback from schools (who are our target) saying they either can't see the submit button or when they press it nothing happens.
Please feel free to suggest a reason why but it's lost me a lot of bookings and I struggle to understand why. Some schools don't have Java enabled but others do - they can use Facebook etc - this was an earlier answer given by your team.

Yes, I couldn't see the submit button in your website, but when I tried filling every textbox of your form using "tab key" the "submit button" showed up. And so I have found out that the submit button was covered by a white area in your page it is because you are using a smaller iframe in your website, if you could adjust the iframe size in your website then that would help to show the entire form.
Please do let us know if you have some more questions with regards to your query.

I can see that you are using iWeb, can you try increasing the height of the html widget?
Let is know if this solution works for you.

OK - have increased size of frame - let's hope it works!
