How can I have a form notification sent to more than one email addresses?

Yes it is possible to send submission emails to multiple email addresses. Here are the options available:

2. You can add one new email alert for every email address you want to send submission emails. The following guide should help you on how to add new email alert:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
