    How to create a sub form within main form?

    3) Another control I would like would be almost like a 'pop-out' sub form, where quite a number of fields could be answered (with conditional settings) and then once complete, this subform could be 'submitted' and it would return to the main form...where the data would be displayed as like a spreadsheet column/line format, with a + / - control to add further 'sub-form' data in answer to the same question...

    For example, I want to be able to ask what medications are being taken. For each medication, I want a series of information added (type, brand, dosage, etc.), but then once complete for that one medication, I want them to be able to add further medications if they are on more than one.
