    How do i attach a form to a website thats not mine?

    Hi there,

     

    You can attach a form by using this default embed code:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12381339588"></script>

     

    Or you can use the Iframe Code:

     

     

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotform.com/form/12381339588" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

     

    Just replace the highlighted URL into the Form URL you want to add in your website.

    Hi,

    In order to embed a form to the website you will need to have access to the site's source code. There are several ways on how you can embed the form depending on the application used to develop the website. You may visit the following link for more information:
