Forms are blocked due to SSL submissions overlimit

Why are my forms locked and I have a 100 form allowance? There have only been 12 submissions.

I received a notice that my forms have been disabled because it is over limit. We have not had 100 submissions this month. Please advise.

There is a 100 regular submissions or 10 SSL submissions limit on the Starter plan. You have received 14 submissions over encrypted SSL connections during this month, so that your forms were temporarily blocked. 

As a one time exception, we have reset the SSL quota on your account. If you would like to receive regular submissions, please make sure to use regular form links (http://) instead of the SSL links (https://). Take a look at the following guide to get the idea:
