I've checked your account and you will be scheduled to downgrade on this date "2015-01-10". You will be receive an email once the downgrade has been completed and we will be inform you through this thread.

Can I downgrade my account right now and get the refund for this month? Due to the fact that my company have already finished the plan and do not have the schedule to use Premium account at the moment, furthermore, I thought Jotform have 30-day money back guarantee policy in which when I decide to cancel my account within 30 days after the purchase I will get refund?
