send values keyed in jotform to other form

Hi, is it possible to send values keyed in jotform to other form (not jotform and hosted on different site) so that the other form becomes pre-populated? This way the user doesn't have to fill in the other form again. She/he simply needs to enter the submit button there. Thanks in advance.
