    Unable to upgrade to premium monthly subscription.

    Ii try to upgrade plan to account premium.

    When i choose monthly payment schedule and submit upgrade button, Nothing  happen.( In yearly, It works normally)

     

    Please solve this problem urgent, i use your form online now. many client can not submit form now.

    Hello osudte,

    I just checked it with my free account and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Selecting the monthly payment schedule and then clicking on upgrade button does NOT take you to the payment page.

    I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as this issue is fixed.

    For now I would suggest you to click on the following URL to upgrade your account to premium monthly subscription:  http://www.jotform.com/upgrade?username=osudte&account_type=PREMIUM&period=monthly

    I already upgrade account to premium monthly but profile is not upgrade.

    Can you check for this?

    I am unable to trace the subscription payment you have made.

    Please share the order number you must have received in your email and we will take a look. You may also like to let us know the email address you mentioned while making the subscription payment.
