Thank you page custom URL is redirecting to a different URL

Asked by Scott on December 10, 2014 at 09:34 AM

I want two of the forms I created to redirect to a web page of mine once they are submitted. I have changed the redirect URL to the one I want (MichiganArtGuide.com/adreturn) and saved it, but it still redirects to one I must have entered originally (MichiganArtGuide.com/return). When I go back to the Thank You Page Wizard > Custom URL, it says that it will redirect to "http://www.michiganartguide.com/adreturn" but it doesn't. Help!

    Page URL:
    http://form.jotform.co/form/43430714927859

Upon checking and testing your form, I noticed that you have the following condition in it:

Which means that whenever the Gallery Name is filled in your form, your submitters will be redirected to: http://www.michiganartguide.com/return even if you have configured a different URL on the Thank you page redirection.

If you want to always redirect your submitters to the new URL, then you need to remove this condition from your form.

    Hope this helps.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
    Thanks.
