How to setup Infusionsoft integration?

    I've put in my app name as well as my api key - and it keeps saying it can't connect.

    Hi,

    Did you try re-integrate your form on infusionsoft? if not, please clear your form cache and re-integrate again, maybe that should help you to resolve the issue.

    I've verified with Infusionsoft that the app and Api are correct -
    No - I haven't been able to connect the two at all

    Have you tried clear your browser cookies and re-integrate your form again? Do get back to us if problem still persist.

    what do you mean by "re-integrate" the form? I'm just trying to connect
    them at this point, I havne't gotten to the form yet.

    Hi Jamie,

    I would suggest going to this next link which will take you to Infusionsoft Integration app.It will allow you to setup the connection with only few clicks.I would suggest however that you try doing this over FireFox or Google Chrome browsers on your desktop or laptop.Do let us know how it goes.Best Regards,

    That's the app I'm having problems with - I did it in chrome - I'll try it on Firefox

    yes, I've tried all of the above, and tried it with my Infusionsoft Coaches api and it works for her, but will not connect with my API.  I've used my API with LeadPages and it works fine.

    From your responses I would say that it might be something with your PC or maybe in the way app is named.

    can I get an email to send it to? I used Chrome and Firefox - I'm on a mac
    - and no, because it worked for my coaches app and api from my machine that
    doens't seem correct.
