Jotform loads slow on my site. My site loads fast, less than a second. but jotform takes like 4 seconds or more. This causes users to get frustrated and leave the site.
I have been researching this question on this forum and jotform customer support always says "use iframe and it will load faster" but I am already using iframe.
Is it possible that one of the features in my form is causing it to load slow? for example, I make email field mandatory. If I dont make it mandatory, is it possible it will load faster?

Upon checking the email you used here to post in the forum, I see guest accounts with no forms created on them. Do you have other registered account/s with us? We will be able to assist you better if you would share us the link to your website where the form is embedded.
For the meantime, you can try using different embed form code and see if which one loads faster in your end. Which embed form code to use?
We'll wait for your response
