Slow Form Access

Hi i am on the basic plan but it seems like the form loads really slow especially the simple captcha, even loading your websites take a long time. Anything i can do to improve?

In our end, the form builder and the website works fine. You can see here the status of the response time of Jotform.com here http://jotformstatus.com/.

I would like to suggest the following troubleshoots to see if it changes the loading time.

1. Clear browser cache

2. Check for browser's plugin or extension, there are times that these are blocking the form builder and making the website load slower. 

3. Try using a different web browsers to see if there are changes in loading the website between them.

4. Check your web browsers if they are updated.

5. Check for your internet connection, there might be network issues.
