Hello,
Password reseat is not working, by the time i go to my email to reseat the password it says the link is expired. please assist.

I'm a fellow user and you can try the steps I've used when I reset my password in Jotform.
To reset your Jotform account password, please follow the steps below.
- Open the Login page and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username or email then click Send Reset Instructions.
- Check your email for the password reset email.
- Click the Reset Password button provided in the email.
- Enter your new password then click the Create a New Password button.
You can also click the link below and you will be re-directed to pages on how to reset your password.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry if you’re having trouble resetting the password of your Jotform account. I’ll do my best to help you out.
Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.
4. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
If you followed the steps above but the link still expires. I suggest clearing the cache and cookies of the browser that you are using most of the time. You can also try to use other browsers, devices, and incognito to see if this will give you the same result.
