Hi- I integrated the source code of a jotform (Car Match Popup) on my website www.carmatchusa.org. Everything works great, but I can not stop the captcha after form is filled out.

    Thanks,

    Alan

    Hi Alan,

I took a look at the link you have given us and I see only one jotform in the footer: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43446703624959

I do not see captcha in it so I am wondering if you are looking for a way to add captcha to it?

    Best Regards,
    Ben

Hey Ben, thanks for the response. I should had been more clear. I have a wordpress plugin that I have integrated the source code of a jot form. When you go to www.carmatchusa.org (you may need to delete your cookies since you have already been there) after 30 seconds a pop up will appear on the screen. After the person completes the form (name & email) jot form is redirecting to another page which has a captcha. Any way I can turn off the captcha?

    Best,

    Alan

    Hi Alan,

Unfortunately no. That captcha is there since the jotform is not being used in its original form. I do see that you have included the hidden fields that are needed to make the submission correctly, but as mentioned that is because of the change.

This way we are protecting our system from spam submissions.

What I would suggest - which would remove captcha - is to create a new jotform and add the same two fields and then style it to look the same as your own form does using our Form Designer.

You can see more about our Form Designer here and see some useful steps about how to use Form Designer here.

Do let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hey Ben:

Thanks again for the quick response, much appreciated. I understand your prior message.

One last question, does jot form have the ability to perform a delayed pop up like what I'm using. I could not find it when I poked around.

    Thanks,

    Alan
