I've designed and tested several forms. Some set the data to my email others didn't.
I tried with a new form no cookies at first to erase the old settings, but I'm sure it sets one at the beginning of the session.
In the embed code page the form wizard prompted for an email address where the data is to be sent.
I entered it and got an error message. Still do not receive it to may email.

The problem is that you created a form using a guest account. Please sign up for a free account and do let us know, so we can move the form to it. Then please check email settings, by following this guide:
