Missing entries/parts of submissions in Google Spreadsheet

We have had entries that get into the JotForm database for a form but do not show up on the Google Docs Sheet. In both cases one entry did not get copied onto Sheets. This has created problems and losses for us. Why would all but one entry transfer over and what can be done to error check to make sure that all entries are copied?

I would suggest that you follow next steps:

1. remove the current integration
2. clear your jotform cache
3. re-integrate with Google Spreadsheet

Also can you tell us which field did not transfer over to Google Spreadsheet as well as if the same continues after you follow the steps above?
