Estamos com inscrições para um grande Festival de Teatro aqui no Brasil. As pessoas não estão conseguindo utilizar a plataforma.
Quando isso voltará a funcionar?

Aqui também não funciona desde ontem. Me parece que o problema ainda não está normalizado com os usuários do Brasil.

Mesmo problema aqui. Já são 24h que isso está assim e até agora nem um tipo de posicionamento do Jotform. Absurdo..
A gente paga pra ter um serviço premium e como resultado temos um serviço que não entrega e nos faz perder clientes..

Our apologies! The problem is related to the DDoS attack that was made by Brazil's based IP Addresses. We blocked those IP Addresses and it seems like your IP Address was affected and that's the reason why you guys are not able to view your form and some of your customers/users.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. There was a cyber attack from Brazil last week, and we unfortunately had to restrict many of the computers coming from Brazil. This limitation should be lifted shortly, I believe by tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we bring everyone's forms back online.

We have received the confirmation from our back end team that the Brazil IP addresses are now enabled. That should have resolved the issues you were having.
Do check and get back to us if the issue persists.
