    Is it possible to Set a filter that archives submissions based on certain criteria? Thanks

    Hi Denise,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set a filter based on certain criteria and manually archive the filtered form entries in the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    • In Jotform Tables, click on the Filter button.
    • Set your filter settings in the Advanced Filters section.
    • Then, click the Apply Filter button.


    • Tick the checkbox in the first column heading to select all the entries.
    • Open the More menu on the upper right.
    • Choose Archive Entries.


    However, if you mean to archive submissions based on the set filter automatically, unfortunately, it is not possible.
