    A way to know if the submission is modified/edited in form submissions page and reports aside from Edit Email Notification

    It is a good feature to be able to supply the link to the user to enable updating their submitted form. However, there does not appear to be any indicator that they have edited an entry. Either a new field in the Submission report with date last updated or some flag that shows it was edited would be helpful. Is there such a feature?

    Hi Ira,

    You should receive an email about it. The subject line of the email would start with the word [EDIT]. For example:

    However, there's no indicator in the form submissions page that would let you see whether the submission is edited to not. If you want this as a feature, let me know and I will submit this thread to our developers.

    Hi Welvin,

    Thanks - I did (later) see the email notating the EDIT. What would be good is if there was something in the data grid and the exported data (Excel, CSV) such as a second timestamp or edited flag.

    Hi,

    Occasionally feature requests such as these go unnoticed when they sit for too long.  If you ever come across one such as this that you would really like to see implemented, create a new thread making the same request.  New requests are always seen by our developers at least briefly and if they see enough users request something, it usually becomes priority.  You can even reference the original thread to give a bit of history for the request.

    Is there a feature developed yet to date stamp changes on the form? I see this thread was started almost 2 years ago now so how far have the developers got?

    Feature requests are usually developed based on the amount of requests for such a feature, not based on how long the request has been open.  Since this feature did not receive many requests, it was given a very low priority and was never assigned to a developer to work on. 

    If you would like to create a new request in a new thread, we will be happy to forward your request to our developers.  Keep in mind that not every feature requested can/will be created.
