Unique Question: is it possible to add multiple Unique Question

    Is there a way to choose multiple unique questions?

    Hi Olivia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can only add one Unique Question to your form. The Unique Question works only with Email, Short Text Entry, Dropdown, and Number fields. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen click on Settings.
    • Click on Show More Options and scroll down to find Unique Question.
    • In the dropdown menu select the suitable field for you. That's it.

    When you try to enter the same Email address you'll get a warning.
