The steps work, but it's only showing the first 199 responses. How do I fix this?

    Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Google Sheet Integration. Can you provide us with the related Form ID by replying to this message? It'll help us to locate the issue and move forward with a solution. Also, you can try removing the Google Sheets Integration and re-integrating it. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Now, go to the Integrations tab, then click on the Google Sheets Integration.
    3. After that, click on Remove Integration, then click on Yes, Remove.
    4. Now, click on the Google Sheets integration to re-integrate it.
    5. Choose your Google Account, click on Create New Spreadsheet, select the form fields and click on Save.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I did troubleshoot removing the integration and then adding it again, but it unfortunately didn't fix the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hello Alyssa,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working correctly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try again removing the current integration, clearing the form cache, and then adding the integration again? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

I tried again, still the same issue. 2022-10-19 16:11:07 is the last submission documented on the google sheet, but we have been receving daily submissions up until and including today.

    Hi Alyssa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your form and it belongs to HIPAA enabled user. I have cloned your form and integrated it with Google sheets to test it. I am unable to replicate the issue on my end. Please check the screencas1673888154_63c5819ae3ebe_

On further checking, I noticed that your form is not integrated with Google Sheets anymore. Please check the screenshot.

Can you please integrate it and then check? Also, please select create new spreadsheet option when you integrate it with Google Sheets. Also, enable the PHI Status in your Google sheet integration and confirm.

If you have made large changes in the integrated Google sheet it might break the connection between Jotform and Google sheet. Please try to integrate it with the new sheet and then check.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Alyssa,

I checked the form but there's no active integration in it.

On your end, can you remove the Google Sheets integration again, log out from your account, clear your browser cache, log back in, and then add the integration back? Once you re-add the integration, make sure the 'Send existing submissions to the sheet' option is checked. I have also cleared your form cache as an additional measure.

Lastly, make sure the linked spreadsheet is not modified in any way to make sure the integration won't break. If the issue is still persisting, let us know as we might then have to escalate this matter to our Developer team for further checking.

Give our suggestion a try and let us know how it goes.
