    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry this is happening. Rest assured, I am here to help. When you say issue with transferring over to the spreadsheet, are there submissions that do not sync to your Google Sheet? If yes,  kindly remove the integration and re-integrate again to Google Sheet. Please note that once you remove Google Legacy it will no longer be available and you will need to use the new Google Sheet integrate once you reintegrate your form again. Here is how to remove the integration:

    • In the Form Builder, click Settings
    • Go to the Integrations tab on the left side of the page
    • Click Google Sheets (Legacy)

    • Click Remove Integration

Since you have removed the integration you will reintegrate the form to the new Google Sheets. Here is how to do it:

    • In the Form Builder, click Settings
    • Go to Integration tab on the left side of the page
    • Search and select the Google Sheets integration.

    • Click Authenticate and connect your Google account.

Please keep in mind that editing the spreadsheet that is integrated into the form can break the integration and we do not recommend it. Also, editing of the form, such as adding the new fields or editing of the field labels will break the integration.

See this list of the features of the improved version of the Google Sheets integration and what it allows you to do:

    • Create a new spreadsheet or select an existing one.
    • Select questions to send to the spreadsheet.
    • Once authenticated with your Google account, you can select a connected account to create integration.
    • You can select to send the existing submissions or not.
    • The integration will continue working properly if the header columns moved to another column.
    • If all questions are selected to send to the spreadsheet, new fields on the form will be added to the spreadsheet.
