The form looks good on my site desktop, but doesn't seem to fit right on mobile.

Hi KadeJM,  Looks like you may have never received a response from dannyjoe, but I've got the same problem.  Here's a link to a page that doesn't fit in a mobile phone view:  www.canyoncountyco-op.com/survey .  We have a product launch about 24 hours from now and we'd prefer customers see this correctly on mobile platforms vs the message we add to the page (as you'll see).  If you have any advice, we could sure use it right now.  Thanks a million.

    Hi Tobin,

I am currently seeing where the form embedded on your webpage is a Google Form. I do apologize we are not able to assist with configuring your Google Form to be mobile responsive.

You can however recreate this form using our form builder. Once the form is built you can add our Mobile Responsive Widget to your form.

Please inform us if you need assistance with building your form.
