Email notifications are taking long to come through

I have Schyla who submitted and hers sill didn't come to my email. I had Dana submitted yesterday at 1pm didn't get hers until 8:26pm and another client as well. Please advise

Is it the form Personal Information Checklist? I could check that you have recent submissions.

I made a test submission on a demo form. Were you able to receive the submission on the email ius***beu@aol.com?
