Forms not loading properly in Brazil

    Hello,

    It is the third complaint I do today, but my problem is not being postadono forum! Paid a monthly fee for JotForm and have a high cost with my web marketing campaigns, but my forms are not opening properly.

    Please I need urgent help! I'm losing money!

    Hi,

    I'm sorry for trouble caused to you, upon checking your form I did not see any issue, I did test this to Firefox and Chrome browsers and there is no issue on your form.

    I would suggest that try clear your browser cache:

    Also, clear your form cache:

    NO NO NO.
    The form data is not being loaded. Open and analyze properly. Have I
    cleared all caches, I've logged in and have tried different computers In
    Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.
    My leads are not being generated and'm losing money and client.
    Please solve urgent!

    There was a DDoS attack from Brazil last week, so we had to block some Brazil IP ranges. However, the block was supposed to be lifted by now. I have escalated the issue to our Development Team.

    In the meantime, please provide us with your IP address. Thank you.
