'This form is currently unavailable!' error upon submission

    Hey there!

    We are trying to launch our registration page for an event and when testing the registration form and clicking "submit" this error message appears. I've included a screenshot.

    It's working on our "volunteer" registration page, but not on two other forms. I've already tried to replant the embed code and still having the issue.

    The forms that ARE NOT working are "secure" forms. Is this the root of the issue somehow?

    I tested and both the embed and the standalone versions displayed an error message after trying to submit it:

    I don't think is connected with the Secure version, as in the standalone version of the form I used the non-secure version with the same results.

    I created a clone of the form and it solved the situation. You can test and clone the demo form:

    I'm not entirely sure what you're saying we need to do. I cloned both the "middle school" and "high school" forms and embedded them, but still having this issue.

    You are right, the clone works well on my account, but if we clone the form on your account it will present the same error message.

    Any word on this fix? In case this helps, the forms we are using are clones of the registration forms from the previous year. I went it and tried to use those forms and they too are showing up as "unavailable." We are 12 days behind our launch date.

     

    If there is any solution, we need it ASAP. Otherwise, we are going to have to create a whole new form or possibly use another company.

    The bug report ticket is still open in our system.

    In the meantime, I have refreshed the 'Expiration Date' and 'Submission Limit' on your forms TIME 2015 - Middle School Registration and TIME 2015 - High School Leader Registration. Then, I was able to submit my test entries.

    Please re-check the forms from your side.
