Can someone please help? My contact form stopped forwarding the submissions that come in on my website form. What is the problem?

Hi,
Sorry for trouble caused to you. I was not able to replicate the issue you have. I did test and I get an email notification with no issue. Please try re-create your Email Notification delete the old one and create new one.
Then clear your form cache, please follow this guide:
