Hi Jotform team,
I would like to ask you to downgrade my account from economy to starter. I've successfully used the downgrade button at pricing site but it seems so that economy subscription is still my current plan.

Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay economy until December 21, 2014 for the time you have already paid. After this date your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.
