Users for Invoice Workflow/Approvals

We are considering expanding our use of Jotform and add the Jotform Approvals workflow for invoicing. I have a question about pricing. Do I need an account for each of my approvers? Or just finance? I'm trying to estimate pricing for budget and I don't really know who needs a login and who doesn't to use this process.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you do not require the log in for an particular submission, the approvers do not need a Jotform account. However, if you do, you can have them sign up for a free account.
