    Hi support team,

We have a scenario we are trying to make happen, can you tell us if we can make it work: our customer fills out a very long form with a lot of information for an order, at the end of the form they click submit. Once the customer clicks submit, we want to have multiple notification emails go out to our order processing department:

    1) Email notification 1 contains every single field in the form. At the bottom of the email is a link to download the PDF that contains all the form field.

    2) Email notification 2 contains only a handful of fields from the form. And at the bottom of this email there is a link to download a PDF that only shows these same specific fields.

We almost got this working, except for when I go to download the PDF for email notification 2, the PDF still shows ALL the fields that were in the form. Is there a way to make a PDF from only the select few fields?

    Regards,

    Lina

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we cannot generate the submission PDFs in different format on the same form. In other words, the download PDF link is always identical, so the generated PDFs will have the same content.

As a work around, you might consider using third party integrations to create the custom PDFs:

    Applidok Integration.

JotForm to WebMerge through Zapier. (Guide)
