I recently renewed our subscription at a higher level (economy). However, before this happened, we were automatically billed for a renewed subscription at the basic level.

I see there was a problem with your Premium Renewing even though you upgraded to Economy.
This happened because your Premium Plan renewed itself the day before you purchased the next plan level up for your Economy Plan.
Anyhow, I have honored your request and reversed the unnecessary Premium Yearly Charge and you should be alright to continue with the Economy Plan which you switched to. Please allow roughly 7-14 days for the charge to be credited back to your bank account.
