Hi Angeline,

You have to check the settings of your payment gatweay account (such as Paypal, authorize.net, etc) and see if shipping is automatically computed or if it can be bypassed so that it will not be included in the computation. Note that Jotform does not have the means to compute shipping and taxes at the moment.

I Noticed While Selling A Digital Good On A Form With Google Checkout I Made Sure To Click Its A Digital Good But Upon Checkout It Still Requires To Choose A Shipping Option! Please Help!

For this you have to contact Google Checkout's Support. Note that Jotform does not have the means to automatically (or even manually) compute shipping and taxes at the moment.
