Cannot access form on WIX website - Page does not exist

    I get a the message

    The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

    You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

    The last time this form was used was 12/11/14

    Hi,

    Accessing pages is something handled by the servers, in this case your / Wix servers.

    In regards to setting the jotform up on the Wix server, please follow these steps: How to embed jotform on Wix Site

    Also, if you still have the same issue, please let us know the exact URL to the page.

    Our webmaster did as you said and the form is working again.
