    I checked your account but I'm not seeing anything that would block you from accessing us. 

    Can you please try using Http://www.jotform.com or http://www.jotform.us to see if you can log in?

    If you're still having trouble then I would recommend trying it from a different browser. If that doesn't work then please consider resetting your jotform password then try again. Also, please note that you may need to clear your browser cache if the problem persists.
