How do I put in a Company Name?

You can add a picture using Image element. You can find that field under Form Tools.

You can also add it as a header any many other places.

If this is not what you were looking for, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.

No this is not what I am asking for at all. I want to know how to put a
space in an company name in a ship to address on an order form. Quick
tools, has a name function for the person to enter their first and last
names but no function to enter a company name, Like;
Nick Thompson
*ABC Company *
Main St.
NY NY 10002
Please help.

Hi Nick,

I'm not sure if I understand your concern correctly.

If you would like to add a company name in the form just to inform the user, you can add a "Text" field where you can modify and customize it.

If you would like your user to input their company name and address, you can do this my adding "Text Boxes" where they can input values. You can rename the labels to match your need.
