Adding Shipping Fees to Sub-Product?

Now I have a real challenge.

I need shipping fees to apply to the sub-product on my form (in this case 'Additional Copies' of the cookbook).  $10 for the first book and $1 for each additional (Other Copies).

Please advise.

You can do this within the payment wizard by clicking on the Shipping button.

And configuring the shipping rates accordingly.

Thanks. No shipping should be applied to that second product. Only to the 'sub-product' of the first.

In that case, you can set the values from the second product to zero and no shipping charges will be applied to it.

The payment tool will calculate the shipping rate only for the first product.
I just went ahead and updated the demo form so you can test it.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

I did check your form and it seems you want to sell your first product @40 and then the additional products @36. You also want to add one shipping for every product including the additional. Is that correct?

The cloned form looks good, however for some reason shipping is not longer being calculated on this form.
For shipping, rates here is what I need:
Rates:
Order the book -- $10
Additional Copies -- $1 (each book)
Tzedakah -- $0
