    My tests were tallying the total for the past month and all of a sudden it stopped this morning

    I created a test using jotform and it was tallying all along up until this morning; then about an hour ago it stopped tallying the score and we still have almost 100 persons to take the test which would mean we have to manually mark the test individually.  

     

    Please help!

    Hi,

    Your previous threads were all related to the Quiz App so I presumed you're referring to it. If so, please let us know the correct form so we can check and do further testing. Then please let us know if you are referring to the tally in the notification email or thank you page.

    Also, prior to what happen, did you edit any part of the form?

    Thank you for your response.

     

    No changes have been made to the form since December 5.  Up until 5:29 a.m. this morning the test was working as intended.  I am referring to the tally on the notification page after the user hits submit upon completing the test.  The main issue seems to reside with this form:  Compliance in Action: Everyday Compliance in the Workplace B

    Also, I took the Compliance in Action: Everyday Compliance in the Workplace A test, submitted my scores but I did not receive an email confirming that I even took the test.

    I've cloned your form and made a test to it. Everything comes fine without any issues:

    Please try to open up our Quiz Form App and load the form again. Re-save it and test the form and check if that will fix the issue. If not, update us here so we can forward this thread to our developers.

    -I don't see any issues to your email address. Our logs indicate successful form email deliveries to your email address. Please check your spam folder and make sure not to mark emails from noreply@jotform.com as spam. Add this email address to your contact list too so just to be sure.

    The tests are being sent to the email but not the tallied test scores so we have to manually go in and grade each test which is extremely cumbersome.  We are receiving emails in our inbox but it just gives the answers the user chose but we do not show a graded result.

    Did you try opening the form back to the Quiz App website and re-save it again? Please do and check if that resolves the problem. Also, try to add or use a different email address.

    You should receive two emails, one for the regular notification email and one from the Quiz App.
