Unable to log into account and need password

    I've tried several times to log into my account.  I don't have the password and when I try to reset the password it says it doesn't have my email on file.


    Please assist asap!

    I see that you are having a guest account with this email. If you have already created a Jotform and embedded in your website, please provide us with the Jotform ID or the webpage URL where you have embedded the Jotform so that we can help you in locating your account.
